Dem end Blest

graduation 008, originally uploaded by NellyMoser.

I was really looking forward to meeting my old classmates at today's graduation ceremony. After all, the last time I saw them I was thirty five pounds heavier. I was looking forward to their gasps of astonishment at the sight of the new and more streamlined Nelly.

Imagine my horror when I found that I was expected to wear this shapeless yoke. And as if that wasn't bad enough....

Mary - you look AMAZING! Congrats on your graduation - we didn;t get the mortice boards but had equally dracula-esque cape things to wear. I also sneaked out of my ceremony half-way through to go & drink beer. Hee! all the clapping got too much.
Lots of love,

Mel.

As I sit here in Spide City!!!.... both pondering my future and reminiscing, you popped into my mind. I wondered how life was treating you and then it occurred to me a way in which I might find out. To my delight I see all your hard work has paid off! Congratulations on your graduation and weight loss - You are looking fantastic!! Gail

Hi Gail! Good to hear from you. I never pass the big house without thinking about the shenanigans that occurred within its walls. It wasn't all bad either.

I've never regretted making the jump. You can stay TOO long in the one place y'know. Tell everyone I was asking for them.
