What a cutie! The phoebes in our barn have a second clutch that have hatched. They are very timid and rarely pop up above the edge of the nest. Probably a lot smaller as well. Good year for nesting here - robins, barn swallows, house wrens and bluebirds as well.

I'm bereft. They are still around. I can hear them but skulking in the hedges, trees and undergrowth. Just chilling, eating insects waiting until it's time to fly to Africa,
