That photograph was taken a few years ago. Shirley was relatively happy that day. She came through a lot that summer.

ReplyDeleteJustice is just a concept, I don't see much of it around when people can be murdered and a guilty party not found.
ReplyDeleteThe person/persons involved may still be walking the streets of Ballymena. A sobering thought.
A person has been charged. As far as I know he has been in custody for nearly a year but no trial as yet.
ReplyDeleteThere were other (local) people involved in crimes against this young woman who will never stand trial for what they did.

ReplyDeleteJoanne - that is the last of my pictures of Shirley. There's one other out of focus one where she looks very sad.

ReplyDeletednt no if u no but the man that killed shirley has been on trail 4 the last 3 wks and it is nearly over and hopefully we will get justices 4 shirley.
