The bro - in - law sometimes stays in a cottage there, one with no electricity and running water.The water from the spring beside it is Loverly :-) Gerry Fitt had a house down that direction, I think.
I think Gerry Fitts was the main house in the picture and the red roof building is the cottage. I arrived at it when it was nearly dark and never noticed remains of an old kiln.

Is that the cottage at the end of the trail? The one closest to the shore and down a bit from the remains of the old kiln?
